These terms cover your use of retrodisplaylab.com and Display Builder during early access. By using the site you agree to them. Retro Display Lab is a one-person business in Australia; you can reach us at hello@retrodisplaylab.com.
Early access
Display Builder is in early access. It's invite-only, and it may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. We may change or stop features, and we may end an account that misuses the service.
Using the site
- Don't try to get around sign-in or access controls, or overload or interfere with the site.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Files you export
Until paid plans and their licence terms are published, files you export are for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't share or resell them.
3D printing
Display Builder estimates sizes and checks files, but printers, slicers, filament and cartridges vary. Check the fit and the preview before a long print. Printing is at your own risk.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for failed prints, filament or printer time. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trademarks
Nintendo, Sega, Atari and the names of their systems belong to their owners. Retro Display Lab is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The stands carry no logos or game artwork.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the version and date at the top.
